Terms of use

1. The product

Turnrow Farm is a farm record system: land, crops, operations, inputs, purchases, machinery, leases, budgets, and profitability, with optional connections to John Deere Operations Center, Turnrow Grain, and QuickBooks Online. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own farm business while your account is in good standing.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are by invitation. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them.
• An organization's administrators decide who belongs to it, what each person may see, and which outside services it connects. They must have the authority to make those connections.

3. Your data

Your organization owns the records it enters, imports, or brings in from a connected service. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the product for you. The privacy policy says how we handle them, who processes them for us, and how to have them deleted.

4. Connected services

Connections to QuickBooks Online, John Deere Operations Center, and Turnrow Grain are made through those services' own sign-in and consent screens and remain subject to their terms. You can disconnect any of them at any time from Settings, Integrations. Those services are not ours: we are not responsible for their availability or for the accuracy of what they send. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; John Deere and Operations Center are trademarks of Deere & Company. The product is not endorsed by either.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the product to break the law, to reach data that is not yours, to probe or disrupt the service, to resell it, or to copy it. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

6. Figures are aids, not advice

Costs, allocations, lease settlements, budgets, margins, and AI-assisted readings are calculated from what the product has been given and from rules you choose. Check them before you rely on them. The product is not accounting, tax, legal, agronomic, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for your books of record or for the label of any product you apply.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the product available and your data safe, and we back it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or retire features; if a change would remove something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

8. Fees

If fees apply to your organization they are set out in a separate written agreement or order. Nothing in these terms obliges you to pay without one.

9. Warranty and liability

The product is provided as is, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid none.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the product at any time and ask us to delete your organization's data. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. On ending, your right to use the product stops; you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days.

11. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If we change these terms in a way that matters we will tell organization administrators before the change takes effect; continuing to use the product after that means you accept the change.
